The combination of Giovanni Gigante's dishes and our wines:
The "picture". Art and therefore creation can not exist without a circumstance of inspiration. The human being - Reason and Sentiment - Harmony and Chaos. The perennial contrast between these opposing poles of a magnet, destinated to a common lived. Each of us is an intriguing world to itself, having constant need to express itself through instinct to aspire to a rational understanding.

Our world is made of wonderful scents and flavors that need to be balanced within the small fraction of liquid time called "sip".
The world of this young Chef is parallel to ours and is characterized by the same ambition of balance in the perception of the senses with the simple difference of the consistencies.

The philosophy behind the creations of Giovanni Gigante:
"Rewinding the tape of what childhood has impressed in my heart when I was a child. The "pictures" has an incredible impact, they can make my heart beat, think and smile, while I observe this magnificent natural raw material. 

I have honoured my land because for me the feelings are never disposed of in time. The beauty of touching with hands beats your head and swells the synapses. From the curious observation of a child, strong and colorful memories have emerged and then ... An explosion of joy - to create - to assemble pieces of soul deriving from this marvelous reality. Nature, passion, tradition and innovation. Naked hands, free to transform natural raw material.
